Cording
You may have heard the term “cutting the cord” which refers to the idea that we are all connected and sometimes we can be connected in unhealthy or painful ways to another person. I do believe that we are all connected and sometimes there are things that need to be healed or cleared. But instead of cutting those cords, I prefer the idea that we are healing that cord that connects you to that person, because we are all connected anyway.
There is a wonderful technique called “Cording” that I use while you are in hypnosis to heal the cords with a person or people in your life, may it be, family, friends, partners or past partners.
With Cording, you can heal any hurt, sadness, anger, or resentment. Forgiving a person or an experience is one of the most important things that we can do in this life, because we do actually have the power to forgive and we can forgive not only others but ourselves. There is no need to continue to carry a burden of hurt, sadness, guilt or anger towards another person. Release it and let it go, otherwise it will just be carried into the future and your next relationships. Or in some cases, it’s just about clearing the energy of that person from your space, so they are no longer able to draw from your energy.
Cording is a very simple and beautiful technique that allows you to restore harmony back into your body, mind and soul.

Parts Therapy is a hypnotherapy technique that enhances communication with the subconscious mind. Parts Therapy is based on the concept that our personality is composed of an infinite number of various parts. We all experience this each day when we notice a conflict within ourselves. Perhaps you are out to eat and one part of you wants to order dessert while another part knows that you will feel too full if you do and even another part of you thinks you shouldn't spend the extra money. The mind compartmentalizes these parts in order to have conflicting beliefs coexist together in the subconscious mind.
Previous to hypnosis we set a goal together as well as discuss the parts of yourself which relate to your situation. Then, within hypnosis, we have a meeting with the parts that is causing the unwanted behaviour, habit, or trigger. Within this meeting the parts are able to communicate directly, come to new understandings of their role, and negotiate a new more beneficial behaviour or habit. My role as hypnotherapist is simply to mediate the conversation between the parts. Any resolutions, negotiations, or decisions toward reaching your goal are made from within your inner self. This is the strength and uniqueness of this process: rather than simply receiving positive suggestions from me, you are empowered to create your own solutions. These solutions are not only more personal, but also easier to accept because both your conscious and subconscious mind agree upon them.

age Regression
Age regression is a method used by hypnotherapists that will allow you to revisit memories in the past that are the root causes for a negative symptoms occurring in your life. Sometimes these memories have been suppressed and so our conscious mind is unable to recollect them. Through the use of hypnosis we can gain access to the subconscious mind and will have a full or partial recollection of these memories. This will allow you, in tandem with your hypnotherapist, to begin reframing this event and eliminate the feelings of negativity or helplessness experienced as a child.
Once these events of childhood have been reframed the current negative symptom can be changed. This means that any negative perceptions the unconscious mind holds about the childhood event can be eliminated and any charge they have can be nullified. At the same time what actually triggers these feelings as adults can be identified and eradicated. In identifying and eliminating these particular triggers we can also begin to eliminate the negative feelings they give us as adults.
Hypnosis age regression is a great method for helping us to overcome childhood feelings of helplessness and negativity. It is a therapy that can help us to eliminate behaviour learned long ago that may be holding you back from achieving your goals and in reaching your full potential. With this method, you can move forward without these feelings holding you back.
