BREATH MEDITATION

A 20-minute GUIDED breath MEDITATION included in each 1-on-1 COACHING SESSION

This guided and circular breath meditation will help you connect to your inner self. By focusing on your breath you can quiet your mind, have more perceptive thoughts and develop a deeper sense of self awareness. Each coaching session is completed with a breath session to allow you to deeply relax and develop further insights into the lessons you received that day.
